Hi - I am using WS_ftp pro 2007 with my HostGatpr-hosted websites. I would
like to begin taking advantage of the email notification feature that is
included with WS_ftp but when I try testing that feature, it fails, and the
error log that it produces seems to indicate that there is some setting on
the HG side that is causing the failure.

Here is the log:

The account that it is referring to, [obfuscated email account], is a
legitimate email account on that server.

Can you suggest something that we or HG can do to make this work? The only
thing I can think of is that I don't see any way to indicate a password for
WS-ftp to use, and that's very possibly what is going wrong.

Thanks!

- Tim
