I have used browsercam back when there was a free account for evolt members, but that has since been removed. Browser cam is a great service and provides 90% of the solution, but there are a few reasons why its not viable: cannot test sites without external access, can't test javascript interaction, time consuming test-change-regress process, can't interact with login process, and i could think of a few more reasons beyond that... I'm not taking anything away from it, I just don't think it fully caters for web application testing.
