In the UK in my experience it's considered, erm, "pretentious" (not sure that's strong enough a word!) to try to pronounce 'sans serif' the French way. We just say it like it sounds. Though I've never met anyone who thinks "without any fiddly bits at the ends" sounds better.


All of which tells you a lot about us, really ;-)
