I sort of have a
photo album on my site, I'd like to give the directory names and the photos
itself a bit of a meaning full name, so that I don't need to write any
additional description or hardly any.
So I am using spaces
in the directory names and file names, something I would NEVER do anywhere
else.
I am still not
seeing the pictures even though the link looks like
<ul>
<li><a href="">Couple of weeks old 01.jpg</a></li>
<li><a href="">Couple of weeks old 02.jpg</a></li>
<li><a href="">Couple of weeks old 03.jpg</a></li>
<li><a href="">Couple of weeks old 04.jpg</a></li>
<li><a href="">Couple of weeks old 05.jpg</a></li>
</ul>
<li><a href="">Couple of weeks old 01.jpg</a></li>
<li><a href="">Couple of weeks old 02.jpg</a></li>
<li><a href="">Couple of weeks old 03.jpg</a></li>
<li><a href="">Couple of weeks old 04.jpg</a></li>
<li><a href="">Couple of weeks old 05.jpg</a></li>
</ul>
Which basically
translates to
index/author/photo/?directory=Benooi Fleur
Junghans&file=Couple of weeks old.jpg
Then on the same
page I have a img tag like so <img src=""> I have no width or height tags because I do not know
the size beforehand, I know I should use this cause it makes the browser render
it quicker, but then I'd have to make page for each photo.
It doesn't work on
some pcs on my network and it does on others.
At first I was
thinking it might be the cache on the ones that do work, but those pcs never
accessed the site before, so that was not it. I can't see why it would not work
for some and not for others?
I also had a look at
my log files and some person went through the whole album, and surely he would
not go through it if none of the pictures came up?
Any
ideas?
