Box A's background becomes the border when you make a 5px margin on Box B ... I believe I used the word "appear"... It's sort of faking a border, if you will.
When built you'll see what I mean (and why it can only be solid)
If the background for box A is an image (say a checkerboard pattern that repeats both ways), then the border won't be solid.
