[WSG] Scrolling off into the distance

Sorry to bother you lot again...need more help. ( I only ever ask you lot when I have driven myself to drink over the problem)   But...   When I resize the file http://www.healthpoint.com.au/new2.php in firebird it keeps scrolling away and out the left hand side of the screen, therefore losing the navigation when resized to 800x600.
