Hi found this just recently, the author calls it, 'An Open Letter to Jakob
Nielsen'

He makes some interesting points.

There was another website I found talking about his criticisms of ebay, but
I can't remember what it was =(

re: "I know we all have mixed feeling about Jakob Nielsen" - i'd be
interested in knowing what these mixed feelings are if its not OT.
Personally I think the majority of what he says is very reasonable, its just
not practicable to implement all his suggestions at the low end of the
market (especially considering the cost of attending his seminars!)
