[WSG] this effect

hi,Im a 18 year old web designer from Brisbane, im trying to duplicate the 
effect at this site with CSS.
The effect im talking about is where you hover over the plans.

this is what i got so far, and was wondering how i would get it to work in 
IE..should i just add the DOM script from suckerfish DD's?
