I was asked to create and maintain a website. I wanted to try out CSS,
although I eventually resorted to tables for layout. I'm a beginner at
this sort of thing, learning on my own. Anyway, the site's been up for a
while, and I'm thinking that it's time to make improvements. It's at

The colour scheme has to stay. The boss says if it's for surgeons, it
should be red. I'm wondering if it's worth trying to get away from the
tables, and reading here about lists of links, and wondering if that might
be an improvement to try. Any feedback is welcome.

And this is something that is probably obvious but is driving me crazy.
ENT wanted something online, so I put a kind of draft together to give
them an idea of the sort of content and organization they might think
about. But the text in "text" is centred, and I think it should be
left-aligned. Why?

Thanks, Cheryl
