[WSG] GLITCH WITH MARGINS

Something strange is happening to my margins   when i attribute a 10px left hand margin to the div id left i seem to get a 15px margin in IE which then throws the right hand column down and under. This doesn't happen with top, right or bottom margins - they all display correctly.
