Here in Brazil, I see this same type of opinion frequently, in a forun
about web design. They invoques browsers statistic, look'n'feel of Flash
(and now, RIA) and they put web standards against the evolution - "this
thing sucks and restrictable", "my target is not blind people" or "Google
or webcrawlers is not goal of my site".
Here have a idea about web design no exist. Only design exist. And design e
aesthetics are the same thing.
Fortunately, some people thinks different. Employers request things like
web standards and accessibility.
