But if you are building for those devices, why wouldn't you just build a WAP
site???
Nope. Many of these devices are running full-on or cut-down versions of desktop browsers like Opera. The hand-helds have gone beyond WAP. Yes, there are plenty of WAP devices still, and it's still a market, but it's growing beyond WAP very quickly.
