Yes well unfortunately enough someone from brazil has been copying my site and already reproduced
1. http://kanguruh.com.br/novakang/kanguruh.htm 2. http://www.hotbook.com.br/novahb/HBK.htm I wrote the guy and asked him to take my design off but as is the case you don't hear from them if they had a conscience they wouldn't steal in the place. I have since made some minor modifications to my site. Although one that copies anothers site illegally doesn't get very far, and then again as Jasani.org says(http://www.jasani.org/blog-archives/000013.html) 'imitation is the sincerest form of flattery' - I think its time to move on. Gc, I was more asking on the lines of Accessibility and whats happening in the EU and non EU context. While quite a few countries seem to have the law in place I was trying to see if they were really upto it. Thanks for your reply. Thought you might like to know how legislation works in the UK. If someone has a problem they normally try to deal with it through the UK court system and therefore UK law. If they don't get an answer or the answer they didn't want they will then try to take action through the European court system and EU law. In the UK you here a lot of, "taken to the European Court" after a case is lost or inconclusive in the local legal system.
