My opinion is don't bother, it's not worth the effort. Users still with this browser should be pushed to upgrade for various reasons, not just for the benefits of standards support they bring.
Any user who approaches me complaining about a site that doesn't work in IE4, NN4, Opera 5 or Mac IE5 (on OSX) gets a copy of the browser support page and reasons behind those choices. At the end of the day most users are in control of their PC environment so they should exercise that control with a bit of supportive help from us.
That said you may be in the rare instance that this browser is deployed across an organisation -- which is a bit more interesting -- although it's still better for long term viability of a web application to lobby for an upgrade path.

*****************************************************Hi Just a quick question.
How good is IE4/win standards wise? Are there any particular problems that are widely known with regards to CSS etc?
Thanks,
Hanni
