Let's check we have all the available information on this one: You have an unstyled unordered list inside the <body> of an otherwise empty, yet valid (x)HTML page - and when this page is rendered in Firefox 0.9 and the mouse pointer moved over the list, the list disappears? Is your page publicly accessible (and if so, can you provide a URL)?
