[WSG] tooltips

Is there any way to disable tool tips for a certain element or class of 
elements?  I've got my own "hover" content on a nav bar, but it gets 
obscured by the browser's tool-yip for the title attribute.  And no, I 
can't leave the title element empty, because I'm using it's content for 
the hover :)
