[WSG] Problem with 3 column layout

Hello guys,               I'm reading this mailing list for a while and it's very useful for me. I have a problem with 3 columns box model layout. I want to set the same height for all columns, the heighest column should be reference for height. Also mentioned columns should have different background. This is my first steps with this technique so please help me and I'll appreciate that!
