You can rename your stylesheets (swap them) so that you use the print one as a screen one to see it but be careful. We have found that both this and print preview are (slightly) different to the actual results printed by a printer. We have yet to do a complete test on this and haven't had the time to devote to it. The best method is to actually print the page but it may also differ between printers. Anyone have time to experiment between the three methods with a range of scenarios?
