You may have flummoxed it with the double color reference

background-color : #05695c;
color : #000;
font-family : Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size : 80%;
color : #02486c;

Try removing the black one (color : #000;) and see if it fixes it.
