Another handy feature of TopStyle is the "orphan class" finder. I don't have it on this machine so I forget exactly where it is, but if you set up a Top Style "site" you should see the option. Basically it finds classes and ids in your css that aren't used in your HTML, and classes and ids used in your HTML that aren't defined in your css. Very handy!.
