Agree with Ted completely on the disconnect on those word pairs. Like the overall design. The 10px shift does exist in firefox, which, actually, does seem a bit visual interesting to me, even if it was unintended (naturally, cross browser uniformity would be good)
only nearly-bothersome thing I saw is the mouseover images take a second, and when I was moving quickly, them flashing was a little confusing. Maybe consider using a preloader? (Is this still done?
