I don't know if this is plain english. The W3C has a check list for WCAG. http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/full-checklist.html
They also publish a set of quicktips. These are very plain english. They can come on a card. They can be ordered for free from the W3C.

The W3C Web Accessibility Initiative also has a curriculum that they have on their web site.

Hi list
I need to do some brief training at short notice on the WCAG priority 1 checkpoints and was just wondering if anyone had seen it in simple english. ie. for people who really don't have any coding experience?
thanks in advance
Lisa
