SelectOracle is a great service, but the translation can still be a bit abstract for those without a fair amount of knowledge about selectors and the cascade.
Safari/Omniweb and Gecko do support those selectors quite well; Opera does support some of the more complex (CSS3) selectors, those described in the CSS2.1 CR:

The losers are the usual suspects.
(I personally love those pattern-matching thingies, and some other goodies in the CSS3 selectors).
