I see now that you have changed the "doctype" to 4.01 transitional which still gives up 2 errors
and in the css there are still 8 errors and 1 warning.
In the html you are using self closing tags <img src=" blah blah blah" /> you don't need that in 4.01 transitional. Plus you have <td> tags closed that are not open, however, I also notice that it is changing with each refresh so you must be working on it ... good for you ! ... :o)

I don't mean to be rude but a token attempt at validation is probably in order before asking for suggestions.
You may want to start by limiting yourself to one set of head, body and html tags :)
