The page is centered using a <div align="center"> wrapping around a "wrapper" div that holds all the content divs (header, content, sidebar, and footer).
The problem I'm having is in non IE browsers (I've tested FireFox, Mozilla, Netscape) the content will jump left a little bit when the presence of a vertical scroll bar is necessary, and then jump back right when you return to a short page.
I would love some advice on how to center a page and keep it in the same spot, regardless of page length.
