The only thing I would bring up with regards to the markup is that I really don't see how those elements could be marked up as paragraphs.
I definitely agree with you Collin. I just want to show this as an example how to structure it in a different way than by some types of lists. It is neither an ideal nor the only solution... I personally like the definiton lists here, but I can't decide whether they are semantically correct for this use...
