Sorry, but that is rubbish. Any correlation between the data and what it actually represents is completely lost. It's purely visual. And even if it were sort of ok, you'd have to use ordered lists, not unordered lists, as there *is* a set, predefined order in which each row's elements are displayed (based on the visual headings defined in the first row). I'd posit that the markup underlying this method is non-semantic and pretty meaningless (and incidentally, using a screenreader to access this sort of tabular list just becomes a confusing mess, and without stylesheets it makes no sense whatsoever either).
