I've been looking around on the web for a little bit and can't find the answer to my question. If it's rudimentary, please forgive me.
How do I properly quote code (eg. Perl) in a webpage and have it display properly? The <code> element seems the most appropriate for the job but it does not maintain indents or line breaks.
