I'm having issues with the right column on my site (http://www.aekituesday.com) in IE.
The text aligns too much on the right
It's a pain to debug such huge generated pages :) A simplified testcase would be nice.
Anyway, some of the problems started at Tuesday, February 22.
The image beneath Kasabian Interview is too wide: 450px + em-paddings etc. just doesn't fit in the center column. ~430px is the end in this design. Isn't there a note on this in the documentation of this blogger?
Firefox is fine: it respects max-width. Explorer just expands/explodes this center column.
and the advertisement listed on
the page looks completely crazy.
yes.
there is a td { ... width: 20px; height: 20px; text-align: center; ...}for the calendar squares on the left, but that wasn't a good idea.
you know, the #adstrip on the right contains a table too. The td aren't defined in div#adstrip, so the td in the ads are limited to 20px in IE, and there is no text centering in 20px.
go find this td rule and be more specific:
#calendar td { ... width: 20px; height: 20px; text-align: center; ...}
