The background image in the floated right column is being affected by the IE 3-pixel bug.
I would go for the simplest solution: #rightColumn {_width:202px;_margin-left: -2px;} ...that'll fix IE6.
Then I would try a proper doctype on that page, and fix it a bit for Firefox. Only Opera and IE/win are able to render that page at the moment.
