I didn't know about that one, but I believe it is the worst article ever published by ALA. "This technique is a bulletproof way to ensure browser compatibility and to maintain usability" In fact, the technique has many issues: - poor browser support, - text is not scalable, - tabbing navigation is not possible, - list items are not accessible in IE if JS is disabled.
