I would *not* recommend using em for font size on the body, as it triggers
a re-sizing bug in IE.
Don't declare any font-size on the body. And use percent or em
thereafter(if even necessary).
Or, declare 100.01% percent on the body. And use percent or em
thereafter(if even necessary).
