the page causes the text links to jump around...

(8.02) (and possibly others) why the links are not clickable? They work
in Safari and IE Win(6). Off-list reply on this topic might be needed.
I just wasn't sure if the CSS was causing this issue...
drop down menu in ff 1.0.6 w2k sp4 works, but resize to 800x600 using
dev tool bar and it doesn't.
