Tania - not quite sure I understand what you mean by sitemap on every
page.
I meant a dropdown/flyout menu which provides a link to (almost) every other page on a site - essentially a sitemap on every page instead of a link to a sitemap.


With browser bookmarks, the repeat users of
the site in question have many pages bookmarked but they are also out of
the office a lot and access the site a lot in the classroom and
workplaces using other people's computers.

I was speaking in generally terms, not specifically with reference to that site, but I'm sure the most usable site's are those that know their real users and provide what the users need =)
