when i initially posted the list i said that it gives you a sense of what a screen reader reads the page. it is my understanding that a screen reader will also read title attributes on links and alt attributes on images. although you have to hover the mouse and it is not as sophisticated as a screen reader, there are some other features for accessibility trials. i haven't played with it much, but i will when i get some free time.
