I've just gotta say... this is fantastic. As someone to whom the podcasts are pretty much inaccessible (because I am stuck with dial-up and also I don't hear very well) this is one presentation that is actually meaningful because it's published in tutorial format rather than just - slides. HUGE kudos to Derek whose commitment to accessibility is clearly more than just a matter of meeting a few guidelines. So often, a small extra effort on the behalf of those who can, means the world to those who can't.
