Only thing I noticed is that the subpages' text size appears a bit
different than the homepage text. You may want to go with one size
throughout the site for consistency.
Thats just a design opinion though...Looks nice and I like the rollover
effects on the homepage's right side.
Loading issues like mentioned below - I'll disregard that though.
