I don't understand what the W3C validator is objecting to here:
Value Error : text-shadow Property text-shadow doesn't exist :  
#7f7f7f 2px 2px 2px

Offending CSS:

h2, h3 {
        margin: 24px 0 0;
        font-size: 1.4em;
        text-shadow: #7f7f7f 2px 2px 2px;
        color: #25447d;
        line-height: 1.4em;
}
