Hi Paul,
Your menu seems fine when I resize three times, in practice it's
quite unusual to need more than that so I'd say you've done a sterling
job so far (I like your design too!). There is a solution to the links
wrapping however and that is to implement a min-width on the page body.
Of course this would look out of place with the header image after a few
resizes.
In my opinion you don't need to change anything.
