I'm customizing a typepad account. They have their own default css and
then their interface allows you to add your own css on the bottom and
override their values.
I am trying to create a button affect using this css

display:block;
width: 6em;
padding 0.2em;
line-height:1.4;
background-color:#000000;
border 1px solid black;
color:#d22539;
text-decoration: none;
test-align: center;
}
but it is not working.
