you may need to put some more positioning on the header and some leading room above the folio to account for the gap required for FF and IE7 and possibly others.
I'd ask the question on the relevance of maintaining the header as it is so large and will take up a lot of screen real estate and some of the folio items are large. I'm assuming the aim is to highlight the fulle experience of these. From memory position:fixed is not supported in IE6.
