Could someone tell me if the following use of rel and rev are semantically accurate? <a href="#tandc" rev="appendix">T&Cs</a> ... <div id="tandc"> ... </div> <a href="tandc.html" rel="appendix">T&Cs</a> I'm currently developing a pop-up method specifically for Terms & Conditions. One where the T&Cs are in a div at the bottom of the page and a second where an Ajax call fetches the external content.
