That is all true, however… there will always be someone who forgets/does not know how to set up ooon properly - and no policies will save from that, so the only effective way to get rid of this kind of messages is to configure the mailing list software to take care of it. Of all the lists I am subscribed to WSG is the only one where these messages get through. I guess there are valid reasons why this is this way, but if it is fixable on ML side that would be a welcome change indeed.
