Reset has it's uses.    If the form that has pre-set values, for instance in
edit mode, we use reset to put back the old values that got wiped out on
typing over, but leaves you on the page. Cancel bails you from the edit
screen back to the list of things to edit.  We also use Cancel in modal
windows (again in edit mode) to close the window and cancel any changes
made.

If it's a form that doesn't have any pre-populated values, I don't think
reset has value, but that's just personal opinion.
