No.
To figure out 'is this a table?' look *across* the columns. Do you
need to match up particular cells in each row?
If so, its a table.
If not, it probably isn't.
So, in your layout there's no relationship between, for example,
'Heartfelt Writers' and 'Request OOP Code', so - no table layout.
