For a mobile version of site that is achieved via media queries with no content
negotiation, what could be an appropriate wording to replace the "skip to
navigation" or "skip to sidebar section"?

In the case of mobile version of site, the "skip to" aided navigation can
provide more user-friendlyness for mobile browser users than screen reader
user. Using a blog site site for example, a sidebar section that is placed
below the main content contains not only (e.g. categories) section but likely
to be more, in this case ""skip to sidebar section" or "skip to navigation"
doesn't seemed to be a best description.

My take is to go with ""skip to navigation" however in the header section,
there is also a (quick) navigation menu for 'archives', 'about' and so on. I
was also thinking maybe simply to phrase it "skip to section" which gives the
semantic meaning of HTML5 section tag, but I am also worry that it's not a
recognized phrase for web users.
