Are Frameset and iFrame the same thing that often get called as 'frames'? When I think of frameset, I think of this. http://cssremix.com/visit/when-it-drops/
When I think of iFrame, i think of a chunk of javascript that client asks to embed to his/her site, e.g., Google Map, Google Calendar or Payment badge.
