Hello, Does anyone know how Google did their 'X-ray' banner that appeared today? (See http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/google/8116827/X-rays-150th-annive rsary-celebrated-with-Google-Doodle.html if the banner has been replaced.) It glows and fades. This is not Flash, so I'd love to know how they did it. Does anyone know? Is it an animated Gif, or some HTML5 trick?
