It does. With limitations though - you just can't do anything too fancy. I 
actually tested the phone briefly when visited a client who owns a Mobile 
Phones and accessories store and is a reseller of a few known Carriers, I just 
wouldn't dare ask my client do a browser check for me :-)

A heads-up for media queries fans, it does not support Media Queries. You can 
use <![if !IEMobile]>  though.
