I'm curious to know which one you would pick?
Because I doubt all these people have access to the site to make changes.

In any case, that's not what I call "contact information".
I'm ok to send feedback to a web site if it is an easy task for me,
but not if it requires me to do any guessing (and that includes
CAPTCHA), or to register, etc.
